When compared to all the fraudulent deals that occurred at the
Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) during the term of the previous Government,
Treasury bond scam is relatively simple incident, Field Marshal and Minister
Sarath Fonseka says.
Fonseka also claimed that the Joint Opposition attempts to blame the Government over the matter in a bid to gain political advantage.
He expressed these views while speaking at an event held in Kelaniya.
